About Property Deal Network Prague

Property Deal Network (PDN) is an established, recurring networking group for people who work in real estate. The Prague chapter meets once a month, on a set Wednesday evening, and is free to attend. It is part of a wider international network, so the room often mixes locals with investors passing through. The organizer describes it as a place to "do business face-to-face", and that is the whole idea: no stage, no slides, just people who are actively working in property.

What to expect

The format is deliberately simple. You arrive, grab a drink and start conversations. There are no presentations and no pitches from the front of the room. People bring deals, others bring capital, and some are sourcing their next project or looking for joint-venture partners and professional services. If you are thinking about a first deal, or running a portfolio already, you will find people at a similar stage. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price, which is how the evening stays free.

Who it's for

The crowd typically includes investors from first-timers to portfolio landlords, developers, sourcing agents, brokers, solicitors, architects and accountants. Anyone involved in property, or who wants to be, will find relevant people. Dress is smart casual (no sportswear), and the event is for over-25s only, so bring ID in case it is requested.
