Women in Tech Breakfast

About the breakfast

This is a morning session built around women entrepreneurs and tech innovation, with a focus on energy and sustainability. It is organised by EIT Urban Mobility together with the Research Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (VÚPI), the Czech Chamber of Commerce and Huawei Technologies Czech. The session is part of the Women In Tech programme, which supports and mentors female founders, and takes place in the coworking space at WeWork in central Prague.

What to expect

The morning starts with a moderated panel where industry experts and female entrepreneurs talk about their paths, the challenges of building technology companies, and how energy and sustainability are changing the market. After the discussion, selected Women in Tech projects get a short stage: each team has three minutes to pitch, followed by five minutes of feedback from the room. It is a practical format, designed so that founders leave with sharper ideas and new contacts, and so that guests see real early-stage projects rather than slides about trends. Breakfast gives the whole session a relaxed, conversational tone.

Who it's for

The organizers welcome everyone interested in women entrepreneurs and tech innovation. That includes founders and aspiring founders, people working in energy, sustainability and mobility, investors and mentors looking for early projects, and anyone who wants to meet a community of women building technology. Entry is free and the session is held in English.
