Czech Retail Days 2026

Czech Retail Days is a specialist B2B congress focused on retail in practice. It brings together operators of brick-and-mortar stores and e-shops with suppliers of goods, technology, services and store equipment. The organizers deliberately steer away from PR presentations, instead putting the focus on hands-on experience and examples that have actually worked in the market. This is the third edition of the congress; the previous one welcomed around 500 participants.

What to expect

The first day opens with a shared morning conference on current trends and where retail is heading, including insights from abroad and a CEO panel on how business models are changing. After lunch, participants split into themed tracks covering artificial intelligence, marketing, e-commerce and omnichannel, sustainability, and an HR round table, each built around concrete case studies and debates. Alongside the program runs a business arena where suppliers present their latest products and services to retailers. The evening continues with the gala announcement of the Trusted Brands program, followed by the Retail Business Mixer, an informal networking party for people from across retail, FMCG production and distribution. On the second day, participants can join guided visits to inspiring retail and production sites, seeing solutions in operation and asking their operators questions directly.
