DAMA Day Prague is DAMA Czech Republic's flagship annual conference, produced in partnership with VŠE's Faculty of Informatics and Statistics and Collibra. The 2026 edition, themed "From Trusted Data to Trusted Agents," poses a direct question at the center of the current AI moment: can AI agents be governed? The day is built around the premise that trusted data foundations are what make the next generation of AI-driven decision-making possible — moving the conversation from traditional data governance into the newer territory of governing autonomous, agentic AI systems.
Across a full day, the conference blends expert talks, real-world case studies, and professional networking. The programme is organized around several core themes: building effective data governance frameworks, the transition from conventional data management to AI-ready data, how data governance is actually practiced at leading Czech and European organizations, the role data quality plays in AI agent development, and how to measure the business value of data management initiatives. Speakers are drawn from data and AI teams across major regional employers spanning consulting, banking, automotive, energy, telecom, and AI-native companies.
This is squarely aimed at data governance, data management, and AI professionals — practitioners responsible for data foundations who want a grounded look at what "trustworthy" means once that data starts feeding autonomous agents rather than just dashboards and reports.
