About the event

Build Your Personal AI Engineering System is a live, practical demonstration of a real AI engineering architecture for developers who already use AI coding assistants day to day. It starts from three common pain points — skills and knowledge scattered across different tools, escalating context costs as sessions grow, and workflows that still need a human to manually trigger every step — and walks through a working setup that addresses all three.

What to expect

The session covers building a synced, Markdown-based skills and knowledge vault that travels with you across tools, writing skills that meaningfully change how an agent behaves (not just cosmetic prompt tweaks), and setting up feedback loops so the system improves itself over time. It also gets concrete about context management, orchestrating Claude Code and Codex for different kinds of engineering tasks, tuning reasoning effort to task complexity, designing workflows that respect token limits, and setting up scheduled or always-on tasks. Everyone attending leaves with an open-source vault template they can adapt directly rather than starting from a blank page.
