I can't sign in
Every sign-in error message, what it actually means, and how to get past it.
Work through the message you are actually seeing.
"Incorrect email or password"
Exactly what it says, and it does not tell you which of the two is wrong — deliberately. Check for a typo, check caps lock, and check whether you signed up with Google rather than a password. If you are not sure the account exists, use Forgot password: it will email you if it does.
"Please verify your email before signing in"
The account exists but was never verified. Use Resend on the sign-in page and open the link. Check spam.
"This link is invalid or has expired"
Verification, password-reset and email-change links are single-use and time-limited. Request a fresh one rather than reopening an old email — and make sure you are opening the most recent email, not an earlier one still sitting in your inbox.
"Password is too weak"
Minimum 8 characters.
"This email is already taken"
There is already an account at that address. Sign in instead, or reset the password if you do not remember it.
Google sign-in does nothing
If the button reports that Google sign-in is not configured, that is on our side, not yours — use email and password for now and let us know.
I keep getting signed out
Sessions expire, and an expired one signs you out on your next action. If it happens on every visit, your browser is likely clearing site data on close — check its privacy settings.
If none of this fits, email us with the address you are trying and the exact message you see.
