Signing in

Password sign-in, Google sign-in, forgotten passwords and resending verification.

Sign in with the email and password you registered with, or with Continue with Google if that is how you signed up.

Forgotten password

Enter your email on the sign-in page and use Forgot password. We email a reset link. For your safety, the page confirms it sent the email whether or not an account exists at that address — that stops anyone using the form to find out who has a Lumind account.

The link expires. If it has, request a fresh one rather than reusing the old email.

"Please verify your email before signing in"

Your account exists but has not been verified yet. Open the link in the verification email; use Resend on the sign-in page if you cannot find it. Check your spam folder — verification mail lands there more often than anything else we send.

Being returned where you were

If you hit sign-in on your way somewhere — a checkout, a scanner invitation — you are sent back there afterwards rather than dumped on your account page.

Being signed out unexpectedly

Sign-in sessions expire. When yours does, the next thing you do signs you out and returns you to the sign-in page. Nothing has been lost; sign back in and continue. If it happens constantly, your browser is probably clearing site data between visits — check its privacy settings, particularly any "clear data on close" option.
