Reading an event page
What each section of an event page means — and why some events show sections others do not.
Event pages are built from whatever the organizer filled in, so no two look identical. Here is what can appear, in order.
Header. Title, date and time, location, format, level and price, plus a heart to save the event and a share button. "Organized by" links to the organization's public profile.
About this event. The organizer's full description.
What to expect. Highlights the organizer wrote out, and — when they set one — their refund policy for this specific event. Worth reading before you buy: refund terms are set per event by the organizer, not by Lumind.
Tickets. Either a list of ticket tiers you can buy on Lumind, or a single panel linking out to the organizer's own ticket page. See Buying a ticket for what happens next.
Speakers. Names, roles, short bios and LinkedIn links where given.
Sponsors. Who is backing the event.
Location. A map pinned to the venue address. Online-only events have a meeting link instead, which you receive once your ticket is paid.
More like this. Up to four other upcoming events in the same category.
Events that already happened
Once an event's last day has passed, the ticket section is replaced by a photo gallery from the event, and the event drops to the bottom of listings. Past events are hidden from the events page unless you switch Show past events on.
