Refunds
Refunds are issued by the organizer, are always for the full amount, and cover the whole purchase.
Refunds on Lumind work in one direction: the organizer issues them. There is no self-service refund button on your ticket, because the money is with the organizer, not with Lumind.
How to request one
Contact the organizer for the event. Their refund policy, if they published one, is on the event page under What to expect — read it before you buy, because terms vary by event and are set by the organizer, not by Lumind. Some events publish no policy at all; the page says so plainly rather than implying one exists.
What a refund looks like
- Full amount only. Lumind does not support partial refunds. An organizer either refunds a purchase or does not.
- The whole purchase at once. If you bought several tickets in one checkout, they share a single payment, so refunding one refunds all of them. You cannot return two of five tickets.
- The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. How quickly it appears is up to your bank — usually a few working days.
Once refunded, the ticket is no longer valid for entry and shows as refunded to the organizer.
Cancelled events
If an organizer cancels an event, refunding buyers is their responsibility and their decision. If you cannot get a response from an organizer about a cancelled event, contact us and we will try to help — though we cannot issue the refund on their behalf.
