Finding your tickets
Where your tickets live, what the PDF contains, and why an online event has no PDF at all.
Every ticket you buy through Lumind is in your account, under My tickets.
Each row shows the event name, the tier you bought and its price, the date you bought it, and a link to the ticket itself.
The PDF
For an in-person or hybrid event, View Ticket opens your ticket as a PDF. It carries the QR code that gets scanned at the door, so it is the thing to bring — on your phone or printed, either works.
If such a ticket says "Ticket PDF not ready yet", the purchase went through but the document is still being generated. Give it a few moments and reload. If it is still missing much later, get in touch and we will look at it.
Online and hybrid events
An online event has no PDF and no QR code, because there is no door to scan one at. Its ticket is the Join online link next to the row — that, plus the confirmation email, is everything you need on the day. Nothing is missing if you do not see a download button.
A hybrid event has both: a PDF with a QR code for the in-person half, and a Join online link for the virtual one.
Either way the link appears only once payment has cleared. It is deliberately hidden until then — an unpaid or unfinished checkout should not hand out the meeting link.
Ticket statuses
- No label — a valid, paid ticket.
- Pending — payment has not been confirmed yet. Usually this resolves in seconds.
- Used — the ticket has already been scanned at the door. Tickets are single-use.
Buying several at once
If you bought more than one ticket in a single checkout, each one is a separate row with its own PDF. They share one payment, which matters for refunds: refunding one refunds the whole purchase.
