The organizer dashboard
What each of the five dashboard tabs does, and where the numbers come from.
The dashboard is at /hoster, reachable from the header once your account is an organizer.
Overview
Rolled-up figures across all your events: total and upcoming events, tickets sold against total capacity, gross revenue, page views, outbound clicks, and your next scheduled event.
Two things worth knowing about the numbers. Gross revenue is what buyers paid before Stripe's fees and before any refunds — it is not your payout. And if you price events in more than one currency, the figure shows only the currency you use most, so the number always matches the symbol next to it.
Events
Every event you have created, live and hidden. From here you create new ones, and open any event to its own page with three tabs: Overview (that event's own views, clicks and ticket sales), Attendees (who bought what) and Edit.
Workers
Invite people to scan tickets at the door. Invitations are per event, not blanket access to your organization.
Profile
Your public organization page: name, description, logo, gallery, and the two story fields. Changes appear on your public profile immediately.
Security
Account-level settings for the signed-in user.
A note on visibility
There is no admin review or approval queue on Lumind. Whether an event is publicly visible is controlled entirely by you, with the publish toggle on the event itself.
