Managing attendees
Seeing who bought tickets to your event, and issuing refunds.
Open an event from your dashboard and go to its Attendees tab.
What you see
One row per purchase, not per ticket — someone who bought four tickets in one checkout is one row showing a quantity of four. Each row gives you the buyer's name and email, which tier they bought, how many, when they bought, how many of their tickets have been checked in, and the purchase's current status.
Only real purchases appear. Abandoned checkouts and failed payments are filtered out, so the list is never padded with people who did not actually buy.
Issuing a refund
Expand a row and refund from there. Two things to be clear on before you do:
- Refunds are always for the full amount. Partial refunds are not supported.
- A refund covers the whole purchase. Because a multi-ticket purchase is one payment, refunding it refunds every ticket in it. You cannot refund two of someone's five tickets.
Refunded tickets stop being valid for entry, and the refund goes back to the buyer's card through Stripe.
Refunding is safe to retry — a repeated attempt on the same purchase will not double-refund.
On the day
The check-in count on each row updates live as your staff scan people in, so you can see arrivals against sales without leaving the dashboard.
